Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with mid-market and enterprise organizations across industries such as government, software, managed services, retail, and education. You’ll present tailored outsourcing and staffing solutions that drive efficiency, save costs, and help clients refocus on their core priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team, enjoy a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, and represent solutions trusted nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries by researching market trends, building prospect lists, and leveraging professional networks. You will actively seek out decision-makers, initiate conversations, and position Netfor as a trusted partner.
- Conduct client meetings both virtually and in-person, requiring regular travel to meet with prospects and customers. These meetings will focus on understanding client needs, sharing insights, and demonstrating how Netfor’s solutions can deliver measurable business value.
- Present Netfor’s solutions using a consultative, needs-focused approach. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, you’ll act as an advisor—identifying client challenges, tailoring presentations, and showcasing how our services solve problems and drive outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients. This includes consistent follow-up, delivering excellent customer experiences, and serving as a trusted point of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer success to design proposals, develop pilot programs, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. You’ll play a key role in aligning client expectations with internal capabilities.
- Manage and track your sales pipeline through CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts. You’ll be responsible for reporting progress against sales goals, analyzing activity trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), IT services, staffing, or related solution-based industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting to close.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build executive-level relationships.
- Skilled in prospecting, consultative selling, and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and trade shows, representing Netfor with professionalism and credibility.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with a strong ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Background in solution selling and account-based strategies, with the ability to tailor value propositions to client-specific needs.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to drive client success.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to interpret market trends, competitor insights, and sales data.
- Familiarity with B2B proposal development, pilot programs, and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Must reside in one of the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Colorado, Nevada, Georgia, Minnesota, or Arkansas.
